Troubleshooting the Park Supply Website

If you are having trouble with the Park Supply Website, please try the following options:
  1. Install Adobe Flash Player and Shockwave from www.adobe.com and restart your computer. The online catalog requires the use of these web browser add-ons.
  2. Make sure to allow the Active X control. (This bar may pop-up on the top of you browser window)
  3. Turn off the pop-up blocker
    • Go into the Tools menu
    • Select Pop-up Blocker
    • Select Turn off Pop-up Blocker
  4. Restore the Security and Advanced tabs to the default. (Restart web browser after)
    • Go into the Tools menu
    • Select Internet Options
    • Go to the Advanced tab
    • Select the Restore Defaults
    • Go to the Security Tab
    • Select the Internet Icon
    • Select the Default Level button
  5. Add www.parksupplyofamerica.com to the trusted sites. (Restart web browser after)
    • Go into the Tools menu
    • Select Internet Options
    • Go to the Security tab
    • Select the Trusted Sites Icon
    • Select the Sites button
    • Type https://www.parksupplyofamerica.com and select the Add button
    • Select the OK button
  6. Enable Active Scripting
    • Go into the Tools menu
    • Select Internet Options
    • Go to the Security tab
    • Select the Internet Icon
    • Select the Custom Level button
    • Scroll down to Scripting category
    • Select the Enable button under Active Scripting
    • Select the OK button
  7. Try using a different internet browser (i.e. Firefox, Netscape)
  8. Try using a different computer on and off site. (This may be a firewall issue if it doesn’t work onsite but does offsite)
  9. Contact us by telephone or email us at web@parksupplyofamerica.com and we can make sure your account is working properly.
  10. If all of these options failed, please have your IT department troubleshoot your computer.
