Technical Support - We have a technical support department to help you with any technical challenges that you may encounter.
Research - Our research department will look for and find almost any "hard to find" parts. This includes a window and door hardware department that is quite extensive. Send in your sample today!
Water Testing - Park Supply conducts free water testing for all account customers. We test such things as pH levels, hardness, total dissolve solids (TDS), and iron. For water testing, call Park Supply and we will send out one of our local area sales representatives to draw a water sample. If necessary, Park Supply may send your water sample to an outside laboratory for further analysis. Based on your results, we may make a suggestion as to what type of conditioning system would be necessary.
Customer Training - We offer a wide variety of training seminars. See our "Educational Seminars" section for a listing of all our classes.
Building Diagnostic (Boiler Room Assessment) - Park will provide tips on system operations, preventive maintenance and will evaluate system design for maximum efficiency.
Sales Representative Personal Site Visit - Upon request, Sales Representatives may visit your site within their geographical territory.
